Good Morning,

Has averaging down on the shares of this company EVER worked out?
I hope everything works out but I think that is highly unlikely.
As I said a few days ago, we will know much more whenever the 10Q is filed.

Average down? It have been in this range for like a year. The team being old is not the issue. The team not meeting a time-line is the issue. The team raising over $2 million and not delivering a truck is the issue. The team talking about the non-dilutive financing, military, partners, customers with commitments and no orders is the issue. No hint about how many vehicles have been manufactured is the issue. We don't even know if the manufacturing process is up and running, that is an issue as well.

So lots of issues and no explanations.

This is another way to average down, per the 10-K:

On February 26, 2019, CoolTech issued 7,500,000 shares of common stock to Lucas Hoppel upon partial conversion of $93,750 on convertible debt of $396,550.

On February 5, 2019, Cool Technologies issued 5,128,000 shares of common stock to Lucas Hoppel upon final conversion of $64,100 on convertible debt of $226,600 and the note was retired.

This guy is making a killing on averaging down! Also, if anyone missed it, they entered into more convertible debt in 2019 on top of the outstanding amounts from 2018.

One would think with age, they would know better. Almost 13 million shares issued for $160,000. But keep the shareholders in the dark.
