Average down? It have been in this range for like a year. The team being old is not the issue. The team not meeting a time-line is the issue. The team raising over $2 million and not delivering a truck is the issue. The team talking about the non-dilutive financing, military, partners, customers with commitments and no orders is the issue. No hint about how many vehicles have been manufactured is the issue. We don't even know if the manufacturing process is up and running, that is an issue as well.

So lots of issues and no explanations.
