what do u mean by real shares and share owners?? arent people who are holding the share right now considered shareowners and the escrow shares are from anwwq it was just converted to the new cusip number which all shares have including mercuria which hold 14 mil of it

The $1.00 payout does look to be the first payout for longs soon. The payouts do look to be paid as the cases are resolved. So rather than one lump sum.The funds will arrive in our accounts over a period of time, as makinezmoney suggests. My prayers are for $3.00 or more total per share for all of us longs . IMO
