Yes that is true, However MM and hedge funds often sell shares short they do not have.So it does not affect us longs . It is only between Mercuria and MM. Longs are safe.

If I remember correctly...if you go back to the beginning, those 14 mil shares were acquired at approximately $1.60 per share , therefore I think they are hoping to at the very least break even . My fingers are crossed to get anything over $1 per share .
