E-trade was very co-operative with me...as were most all the brokers I spoke to.....maybe you just have to get higher up the chain of command...
The bottom line is most brokers are being flooded with calls regarding this piss ant companies antics and they are not very happy right now and are looking in to possible legal remedies.
