Volume is literally at 1.5 million. That means a definite NO on dilution. It just means basically no volume.

Price is not falling, it have been trading in a channel with small ups and downs and with very low volume, so for sure is not dilution. The reason why I think is not going up yet is market awareness, Etrade situation and that some are waiting for the S1. But it is coming and people selling or waiting for S1 and Etrade situation to be solved are going to regret for missing a big part of the run.

From my experience, sometimes news like this we just received about the acquisition and loan, which really are huge, need to be digested and known by a broader market and then one day boom, you see the effect. It is not that these news are lost. Just be patient but don't be out if you dont want to regret.
