Price is not falling, it have been trading in a channel with very low volume, so for sure is not dilution. The reason why I think is not going up yet is market awareness, Etrade situation and that some are waiting for the S1. But it is coming and people selling or waiting for S1 and Etrade situation to be solved are going to regret for missing a big part of the run.

I disagree. Solid volume, but no movement in the pinks usually means dilution is going on. Face it, 95% of pinks use dilution to raise money for the company. The loan was not that big IMO and still no clear path of how revenue will be increased. Folks get bored fast and move on.

Agreed GC good post Sir. The S1 will be a big deal Money will Follow AG here for sure. As far as eTrade. Their motives are suspicious since they will not give a clear answer to anyone including the CEO. If the were so convinced of inappropriate behaviour by $VRUS they would not allow any trading period. So the Phone in thing to buy is a Screen for something else.
