If TA is GAGGED, how can you be sure there is no Dilution?

I just bought 1/3 of those - 500K - through etrade by phone. The rep told me that they don't post a reason for the change in trading, but it's fairly common. In most cases, he said, it is because of an upcoming corporate action, and the change in trading is to reduce volatility.
