All I know is when the AUDITED 2018 FINANCIALS are COMPLETE, INKED, DONE, POSTED, WHATEVER..that it will FURTHER VALIDATE AMFES VALIDITY AND ITS EXISTENCE! AGAIN...if I am going to post a few negative timing or other issues with a company then I should also at the least acknowledge the positives as well at the same time! And if I were to claim a scam I BEST SURELY HAVE SOME FACTS TO PROVE! Would only be right!

Again...I have been around for decades as well and have been through it all and have seen it all. BUT STILL have YET to see ANY real proof of scammy claims that have been made other than some things taking more time and things being changed along the way in the normal course of a business. Any business. And again at the same time realize that NO PUBCO is perfect. No matter if it is a PinkEySHEEET or a BIIG BOARD! If anyone has that perfect pubco example, especially one of which is growing as this has with JUST looking at 16 and 17s audited fins. Im all ears.

If the company did not provide the 01 June 2019 guidance for the audited 2018 10-K, then it was a false claim. Just as I wrote.

The beauty is no matter what or where the fins are posted or about OTC Markets they will INDEED be AUDITED FINANCIALS just like 2016s and 2017s are as well INDEED. Just as 18s and 19s and beyond shall INDEED be as well. SWEEEEEET!))) KEEP ON KEEPING ON CEO AND AMFE! SOON..REARVIEW TO QB AND BEYOND!
