I would bet ZIVO is within a few days/weeks of never seeing double digit prices again given the likelihood for financing as soon as the ink is dry on the shareholder vote this week. Of course who is involved could be a factor.
Personally I'm not going to the meeting. Not worth the time to hear the same drivel again.
The performance of this MGMT is so underwhelming I can't see someone providing ZIVO with substantial funding without substantial control included. So if there is significant financing coming .... ZIVO shareholders better hope there is new leadership as well.
