(OTCQB: ZIVO) a Michigan-based biotech/agtech R&D company will hold the Annual Meeting of shareholders of Zivo Bioscience, Inc. on May 1, 2019 at The Detroit Athletic Club, 241 Madison Street, Detroit, Michigan 48226, on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. local time. The Definitive Proxy Statement announcing the Annual Meeting was filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on March 25, 2019.
