The Special Master signed this order for Nokia to comply within 30 days from Nov.14..

"Nokia must identify on a patent by patent basis why InterDigital's ETSI declarations are false and made in bad faith" NOTE 7

See the note 7 (bottom Page 5)

7.." Nokia agreed to this process at the November 2, 2006 argument.Nov.2,2006 Hearing Transcript at 32-33".

My comment..No where do I see in THIS ORDER the word ESSENTIAL
