My comment:
I don't think Nok has to provide proof. That is for the trial. I think NOK will have to provide testimony how they came to the conclusion that the patents were not essentials. Whose expertise did they rely on to come to this conclusion? Or what method did they use? Or did they make an unfounded charge?
