Can’t sell energy without a license bud, which they gave up without a fight. Not a single step has been taken to right this ship following the disastrous enertrade acquisition. Not one. More than a year has passed. Sue the f*ckers already. Alex instead has chosen to just roll over and let them screw us, which to me makes him complicit in the fraud that has occurred. Jmo.

I'm not asking for details of a lawsuit which they wouldn't be able to talk about....I just want to know are they even TRYING to sue to recoup on behalf of the shareholders. I know Alex's neck is on the line with this funding. Not surprised if it was the lender that made them shed the electricity customers and home security business. I agree with you it doesn't matter whose tail makes the PPS go up....as long as it goes up. You're a lot younger than I am so you have the time to wait for it to go back up....I don't. I really felt so confident in the future of this company when I left the shareholders meeting last April...can't believe where we are today. Very sad. $ZNGY
