There is no lawsuit that’s the problem. It would be on pacer if they filed a lawsuit. They’ve done absolutely nothing in all this time to hold the enertrade sellers accountable for fraud. Not one thing. They’ve held coffee meetings, that’s it. No outcome. No updates, just billions and billions of shares of dilution for absolutely no reason. It’s criminal in Alex’s part to not handle this situation. He has a fiduciary duty to the company and shareholders to take action, and all he’s done is absolutely NOTHING.
