Rukmusher, sorry so long toget back, got busy yesterday. I do know if they are taking legal action they can not discuss any thing. If I understand that 8K right the plan is to be able to sell elec. again this year. Now what I see with funder is those terms of funding are very stern. 22% int. if payments not made, loss of Arod's controlling intrest of Zngy, and what ever other collateral he and wife had to put up. That means a hostile take over and the will not keep most manament but bring in their own. Funders DO NOT offer up to 10mil. to loose it. So they saw something here they think will work , either with Arod and team or theirs. Now I do not give a big fat rats tail who makes the pps go up just as long as it goes up. We are all in this together with large losses and I am willing to wait if it takes 2, 3 ,4 yrs to get mine back. What does anyone have to loose at this point.?
