If you read the Language of the Lawsuit. Yes they have a Sponsored MM committed for up list and to file the 211. This lawsuit was filed because the Sponsored MM and Transfer Agent found these shares to be illegally issued on the shareholder list and they want them off the books before proceeding forward filing the up list.


It’s a Win Win for us shareholders! Reducing the OS and Float to go hand and hand with an Up List! I certainly don’t care if Up List happens in May or not. The Acquisition is all I care about. I know we are going to up list.

I think the deal is still on, maybe the action of the lawsuit is a new provision of the deal?
