They are very serious about this whole agreement/merger/company.

It's not like they are your typical penny stock making excuses without proof.

We easily see they what they are pursuing through legal means and SEC filings, so even if there is a delay, I'm not leaving. They are doing everything by the book, no reason to believe they are out to screw any of us.

Absolutely...they are making sure everything is done strictly by the book. There is no doubt in my mind they are turning SOLI into a future big board stock!
