Worst case it sounds like this may push back an uplist, UNLESS, there has been some sort of decision, or agreement with the sponsoring MM.

Looks like this went out on 4/5, or at least was filed on 4/5. They have 21 days to respond, which puts us to end of month.

I still don't understand the point of everything happening 4/10 and 4/11 if they didn't get the MM approval yet; but hell, if I have to wait a few more weeks and then get to see we have 12.6M less shares, I'm all for that!
