I cannot imagine going in front of Judge Walrath after he hoodwinked her into thinking she approved this Stipulation. I believe NO ONE better mess with a Judge's authority or ego and when someone does they pay a hefty price.

I do not believe they can let the Judge rule or discuss this case so I fully expected it to be settled before court starts on 4/22.
