I agree stockfan, records will always be broken and we for sure have a shot at breaking settlement or jury award records with the strength of our case, and the amount of defendants and the amount of revenue they have generated. That being said, when it comes to the law and the court system, precedent plays a huge role. In a ton of cases, precedent literally creates brand new law. I totally accept the fact that we may very well have the biggest settlement or jury award ever, but we also have to accept the fact that precedent can't be discounted here. I was only trying to tamper some expectations here, specifically in reference to people talking about $5 share price, which equates to an award or settlement roughly around $8 billion. Breaking the record of 2.54B is certainly possible, but breaking it by 3.25X is a long shot, but hey long shots happen sometimes. Hope it does, im just offering my opinion. Good uck to everyone here.
