BINGO BANGO! I read this the other day and found it very enlightening. Voip-pal would need to go back and modify the details of their "invention" and submit for new patents, if they even can. Once this is reviewed by the panels, lawyers, etc. in Europe, this will get squashed there too. These patents are too general. I'm surprised they even got a patent and won IPR challenges. Seems the PTAB didn't examine the details good enough. I don't see how any investor who reads this court document, could possibly hold their position or want to buy more of this worthless stock.
