I might add, the PTAB is also experienced in law, AND the technical aspects..... and they say the patents stand, after a lengthy three year rigorous review... with expert testimony from BOTH parties....
Not just a one month cursorily review without allowing a hearing, or allowing a second reply from VPLM, or allowing VPLM to use their expert whiteness...Seems very unfair.
seems like she just didn't want this on her plate for the next two years...
