Exactly! The totality of information that all those who pay attention will be aware of does point towards a great risk/reward ratio and an important perspective over and above the small and significantly extended P2 trial.

Probably detractors knows this better than most.

Too many data points to ignore....

Great synopsis!

The reward potential versus the risk is also too hard to ignore.

Why would Missling divulge at a conference that the PDD investigators in Spain are requesting an extension, if it wasn't positive? Missling is guarded with what he says, why would he say that when he didn't have to say that?

Gonna get myself in trouble playing devils advocate in reply to your question, but here goes.

Perhaps the investigators aren’t seeing anything and feel like an extension might be a good idea to allow longer for the drug to work? Perhaps the sites want to keep earning money to run longer trials? ;-) Just sayin’.

Why would he bring it up if he didn’t have too? Well he would probably like to finish off that LPC ELOC and a positive upbeat mood among investors would be helpful. Might not be a bad idea to do some more 375 share purchases again as well because insider purchases are pleasing to investors.

That, or the drug is working and investigators are seeing unprecedented improvements and everyone invested in Anavex is really close to a financial windfall of impressive proportions.

The latter is definitely more fun to contemplate.

Cheers F1

Excellent. Connect the dots. Ask any detective if they believe in coincidence.
If a financial situation follow the money. If it is passion follow the relationships. I am not talking about crimes in this instance I am talking about evidence of positive developments. If Missling has stirred the passion of Scientist connected to Merck soon there could be an irrefutable money trail that firmly connects the dots. Might one get ahead of the game and connect the dots by DD detective work as Lima4918 has done here.
Put all these things on a white board and make a diagram like detectives do. There are many other dots to connect. One example Dr Andrew Cole on the SA board of Anavex and Sage. A preeminent researcher in Epilepsy. Then notice that Anavex and Sage are connected also in the ERP Consortium. Now see if there are more dots like other members of the consortium connected to both Sage and Anavex. One might want to see if Merck is working with Sage and what that deal is.
Look at other relationships, passions and financial deals between the members of the Consortium.
The concept of the TV show "Person of Interest" is that with enough knowledge of all these connected dots one might predict a major crime in advance.
We can see some of the dots and there are more out there that I have seen enough that I see the ERP Consortium providing the framework for a larger CNS Alliance. It looks like they want to standardize the tools and equipment to use in the fight against CNS with the ERP Consortium. (Akin to Allies sharing Aircraft and especially communications- equipment like a Cobra Gold exercise)

Connect all these dots and I see the Consortium forming an Alliance to fight some of the most pernicious CNS maladies. ALZ, Epilepsy, Schizophrenia, MS, ALS as well as the orphans.

If this is true then Anavex will hold the keystones in A2-73, A3-71 (All weather All Purpose Aircraft if you will) in this critical fight. The others will provide other tools, financing, complementary drugs, sales and marketing, manufacturing and, not to be underestimated, political clout.

Welcome the Age of Alliances in Medicine.

Gone should be the days of infighting and competing for market share between Pharmas.

This may be the only way to win these important battles.

Let the ERP Consortium become a winning CNS Alliance and the process and strategy might be accepted in other areas of medicine and other critical industries.

Longer Anavex and the Members of the ERP Consortium.
