I'd bet any large short positions were eventually covered with restricted shares.

Good point. But what do you believe will happen when we are on Nasdaq and shares can be more easily shorted. Also, there is no solid evidence that the millions of new shares which can be traded immediately won't be. Glad to hear from Rory there will be Tier 1 investors involved, but there is no way of knowing at this point, how many have committed to what number of shares nor how many non-Tier 1 investors are buying. If Rory has pushed for a higher price, he may have priced out some Tier 1 investors who are there for the long run but don't want increased risk. Walking a tightrope, no? I am very interested in how this will play out and have set aside funds, but am not yet sure what price I would pay. I certainly won't be buying at current prices unless there is an unexpected new announcement that has significant up-front money going to VERB. Just because SAP sends out another tweet which adds no revenue does not move me. Kind of glad to have another week or two to sort out my own strategy.
