I totally agree with your comments about transparency. Hexx, we don't even know why the product is not being used! The product status has been one of the least transparent issues in the years I've been here. I don't expect a play by play, but geez V3 was announced to be ready in something like 6 weeks, and months pass without a peep. We don't even know why V2 wasn't good enough after being touted as the thing everyone was looking for.
The Oracle training -- quite a delay on the status of Oracle..and the integrated in nearly all of the main CRMS in 90 days...time went and nothing happened..the list goes on and on...despite SOME real attempts to be transparent which are appreciated, to a great extent shareholders have been left in the dark when things don't pan out.
