It’s not real transparency. Rory decides what he talks about and what he leaves out (the lawsuit for example). Real transparency would be answering shareholder questions without edits and without delays. Real transparency would have been warning shareholders of the RS and allowing them to vote on it instead of making it a midnight deal and dumping it on them unexpectedly. Real transparency would have been letting shareholders know the offering price was going to come in alarmingly low and giving them enough time to digest it. Not putting out some video after midnight the night it happens.
