D - for the millionth time, the current PPS has nothing to do with the BO price. All PPS is, is the market's sentiment.

Any time there is a buyout, the premium is the living proof of how wrong the market is (PPS).

Again, when BP makes an offer, the PPS is completely irrelevant.

good thought.. but one thing. BP can't afford to wait since they are aware of other BPs looking into it.

Offer will come after sNDA submitted. didn't JT say that he didn't want his team working on the sNDA to be questioned by potential acquirer etc?
