I too a pain sufferer. Tramadol, does not work, four Advils work just as good. Vicodin does nothing for me. Morphine does nothing for me. I don't like Fentanyl. But Dilaudid works perfectly, and when I come home, I have zero craving for it.

I have a pretty good pain tolerance, I can hit a 6, but when I am a 7, its hospital bound, and I need Dilaudid.

Last year when I was in SLO City (Central Cali.) on a road trip to Nor. Cal. and stopped at my first trip to a dispensary, I tried pre-rolls and gummies. I didn't notice either helped with any pain.
