The problem is, you never know. But the CPA and the attorney have to consent and opine. The SEC relies upon both as gate keepers.

Hey, but we are going on a CPE cruise in the Med later in the summer. Paid for by the spouse's firm (whohoo) Barcelona, to Marseille, Almafi Coast, Malta, Montenegro, Corfu, Messina, Napoli, Rome. Gonna spend an extra three days in Barcelona and also in Rome. Three weeks, will be fun. So I guess there is a benefit of being licensed.

And we are flying Biz Class on the long flight.
