Yes but this is only a company holding 3 patents going after cable MSOs. Carter is the controlling interest party. Spangenburg is a close associate of his and they obviously have interests in eachother's work. However Spangenburg doesn't have anything to do with this case unless he bought some shares. They are in a very lucrative business of course - and I will say Carter struck gold with these 3 inventors looking for help. This is not a holdings company of all of their business activity together. Just one piece of Carter's business activity. We will make a lot of money here, but let's not get carried away.
