Based on their previous deals I would assume the patents would be absorbed into their existing portfolio of patents. Its UOIP now but we cant guarantee we will be UOIP when this is all said and done. Spangenburg is relevant because Carter is following his lead, I mean he left IP Nav in his hands. I'm still digging but I believe Carter will absorb these patents into Clouding IP or IPNav.

Marathon Patent Group, Inc. and its subsidiary, Clouding Corp. entered into a settlement agreement and release of claims with Symantec Corporation. Pursuant to the settlement agreement, in consideration for an undisclosed amount, Symantec agreed to settle its disputes and dismiss the actions brought against the Company, Clouding, IP Navigation Group, LLC, Clouding IP, LLC, William J. Carter, and Erich Spangenberg, each with prejudice.
