If you read the patent you'd understand the chlorine produced in the water is removed after going through the electrocoagulation process. NaCl - Cl. That's why there's an approved patent that claims to raise fish in a CHEMICAL FREE ENVIRONMENT because indeed they ARE. Recirculating means just that, water cleaned, recycled, in a closed system. The fish aren't SWIMMING in water that has chlorine in it. Ever.
