Nobody has a crystal ball, but if a substantial R/M comes into the picture then this will run. OTC is always this way. Hopefully PMPG pays off. Glty as well
IMO, the company’s principals have chosen this shell because it was clean, easy and to get current, few AS, and a low float. They probably have the majority of the shares locked up and will use this vehicle like a soft IPO. Cheap way to buy an asset without creating debt in the process. Very shrewd imo.
