But no successful entity is going to just gift substantial value to the current holders of a worthless shell like PMPG. Have seen too many of these where the current holders get their hopes up only to end up with nothing more than a tiny fraction of the resulting equity commensurate with what little value was attributable to the publicly traded shell. Any successful entity with ongoing businesses or revenue may want to reverse in just to get into the publicly traded shell, but that does not mean that current PMPG holders with come away with much in the way of equity ownership in any new entity.
