so the mm has not filed the form 211 YET?--the form 211 will be filed after the deal is executed as per the 8k? finra says the process for a form 211 takes less than 3 days. therefore the possibility of an uplist is not happening on april 15th--it would be 2 or 3 days hence???--is that correct?
