Process is completed. All that’s left is the Sponsoring MM will file a form 211 on behalf of SOLI to Finra with the option of asking for a certain opening price like a IPO Page 2 item 12 or they can Up List at the current price. I spoke to Finra they said the process takes less then 3 days. SOLI doesn’t do anything. The MM does it all!

Based on the 8k imo once the deal is executed and that could be between now or April 15th then the MM will File the Form 211. We are getting so close now! Awhile back I posted a link to the Form 211 which is filed electronically!
