Raf, I totally agree on the partnership idea. I guess you're saying they need to partner in Europe because they don't have the resources and connections there? I don't know their situation well enough.
I always liked that idea because then they can have their cake and eat it too. They give up a little control, but it gives them cash flow, maybe some of it up front, which they can then use for developing the drug here in the U.S. and elsewhere.
