I have not received the proxy info nor any calls. Two years ago I received both.

Biostock, I received a call this past week to vote my shares. The caller ID on my phone was from Allianceadvisor, The lady took my vote over the phone.

Don't think it will happen because votes can be changed at the last minute. Missling is too precise to make this assumption, IMO.

Finally, if I were correct in my thinking that the info being released added up to passage, that means we could now hear some very good news this week when Missling speaks at Cowen - which I believe is Wed Mar 13 and is webcast. Could be material!

Bio - I had previously ( Feb. ) voted the shares in our TD Ameritrade accounts in favor of all items but hadn’t received anything to vote the shares in our Schwab accounts. Then received the phone call on Saturday, 3/2 , and the PR was issued on Monday, 3/4.
