Re: Preferred Stock

In a previous post, I speculated that the company had unleashed some PR’s because they had tallied the votes and the preferred shares item had already cleared by a comfortable enough margin.

I am curious, since the time that the company released the MoA article PR, has anyone received a “robo-call” from Dr. Missling (recorded) reminding them to vote their shares?

The reason I ask is that two years ago, when preferred shares were up for vote, I received a call from Kingsdale (hired proxy firm) asking me to vote, which I already had. They were confirming and presumably counting.

I have not received a call this year as others have mentioned they have. I received my ballot material late (in comparison) and voted after many others - just recently. I am curious if anyone who has not yet voted,or possibly has voted, has received a robo call since the information release began?
If so, could you sound off? Greatly appreciated!

I have not read any posts about calls after the release.

I think if the calling had stopped, coupled with info release, it may be safe to conclude that the votes are in and favorable.

If the necessary votes have not yet been reached AND info has been released in order to raise SP ($3.25?) and entice the additional votes needed, wouldn’t the calls continue also? Logical connection, imo.

Finally, if I were correct in my thinking that the info being released added up to passage, that means we could now hear some very good news this week when Missling speaks at Cowen - which I believe is Wed Mar 13 and is webcast. Could be material!

Thanks all - would be interesting to look up our current position on the map. We could be closer to “X marks the spot” than we think.

Calls? Has anyone received a call recently which they can share with us?

Greatly appreciated as it might help connect dots and give us insight as to which way the wind is blowing and with what force. No one likes to miss a move which might be on the board sitting advantageously/ wink. Let’s look over the chess board and give it one more analysis to our strategic advantage, we might have an excellent move we could collectively see here:)
