Though I did nothing wrong legally- and I have a No-Action letter from the SEC to support this-

that is complete and total bullshit from a conman. see, he's doing it again. a "no action" letter from the sec merely means that the sec was not going to pursue further enforcement action. it does not exonerate him from the original wrongdoing.
