I am so grateful for this opportunity to serve shareholders here. I just wanted to get a bit about myself out of the way
I have a past and the company we are purchasing has a past.
I am happy to speak with any sincere individuals who would like any items addressed in that regard.
All I can ask is for your support and good faith. There are parties on investor message boards that allege many things behind the mask of a screen name.
I was introduced to the OTC Markets by the wrong kind of people. I was naive and did not question the advice I was given because my eyes were on the money I could raise for the company, all with good intention, but we know where that can lead--and it did.
Though I did nothing wrong legally- and I have a No-Action letter from the SEC to support this-- nothing ever seemed to go right, and it's because I did not hold myself to a standard of being the very best version of myself.
Our outside world is a reflection of our inside mind.
I had bad credit, I did not have a consistent income, and, yes, I have been personally sued and my company has been sued.
I did not have the leadership qualities, nor did I have the right mindset. Even so, we enjoyed success because one thing I've never missed out on in this field is passion.
We've enjoyed along the way-- completion of a feature film which debuted in theaters and VOD, and film/tv deals with some of the most talented people on the planet--- I'm ever grateful for these opportunities and the ground they have laid for all of us ahead.
Today, I have great credit, run a successful press release company for the OTC Markets (OTC PR Wire) and I am building an insurance agency with Symmetry Financial Group, where I am a Key Leader and National Recruiter. These businesses total nearly $1m in annual revenues and are growing day by day.
Explosive growth occurred alongside my quest for personal growth.
It all started with a book recommended by Tony Robbins in an interview: As a Man Thinketh, by James P. Allen http://www.brainybetty.com/2007Motivation/James%20Allen%20-%20As%20a%20Man%20Thinketh.pdf
One of the companies (private company) I'm involved in for the past 2.5 years puts a central focus on leadership and personal growth & development. The association with and education from the amazing people there, a good number of which are multi-millionaires or well on their way, has provided me with a roadmap for success and mindset for leadership by example and putting others first.
Some of our core values include:
Relationships matter, people come first
Relentless pursuit of personal growth
Open, honest, and productive communication
We do the right thing even when no one is looking
We work as a true team and strive to be a positive
Being of service and doing good in the world
We have fun and we get stuff done
These core values are staples in any business with which I associate myself and I commit to you to abide by these core values at all times.
I have learned quite a bit the last two years and have grown as a person more in the past 2 years than I have in the past 20.
I am beyond grateful for this and my passion is to have a positive impact on people so they may have the same opportunity.
Mike the Pike is working on some very exciting projects with some of the industry's best writers, directors, content creators, agencies and studios. We will be announcing details in line with each project as we move forward here together.
My dream, accompanied by a plan, and my willingness to apply myself accordingly, is to build a legacy here: A thriving media and entertainment holdings company that acquires and develops undervalued IP for television/film and otherwise, entry into the esports market, acquisition or incubation of companies with growth potential, and investment in or acquisition of companies that are active in cutting edge technology, particularly interactive entertainment including virtual and augmented reality.
All the while, shareholders of MIKP have a note of $400,000 at 8% per annum due in 2 years with a convertibility feature that allows for conversion to stock of VGTL at 50% discount to 10 day average. I will ensure to work this toward a win-win for all involved as we cultivate growth.
I confess, I am not a fan of the name VGTel, Inc. and I have near-term plans to do a name change on the company to Arowana Media Holdings. We also have NO plans for a reverse split in the foreseeable future.
Those wanting updates on share structure--- the Transfer Agent has this information at any time you need it.
We will also be working on the website so that we can post information in a timely manner and we plan to re-activate our OTC IQ membership so the information can be looked up easily there.
If you have any questions- you can reach me at email@example.com and please understand that I cannot answer any questions regarding material events that have not been publicly disclosed via press release or official corporate correspondence otherwise.
I look forward to serving the company and fellow shareholders and will be holding myself to the highest standards along the way.
