Wrong. Denial of uplist has to be revealed by company within 3 days of notice.

Did you sell all 100 shares.?

Irina: I understand your profit taking - I need to do some of that this year to pay for some tax gains, and probably should take more, but I genuinely believe this is an easy double in the next six month. I disagree with your interpretation of new and important hires. You suggest because something bad is going on? Given what we've seen from all indications, IMO the opposite is going on - poised for significant growth. The CAO hire frees up Dowling to be a full time CEO. The hiring of Duffy puts the key drag on the stock - regulatory issues - on notice. I'm sure behind the scene there are hires to support Tomc with new product development and sales expansion. Rarely in life, if something seems too good to be true, it actually is. This is a once in 40 year investing experience for me. I know it's hard to believe for some.

Back to the non-Nasdaq approval. CVSI's product line was patently "illegal" (Schedule One) until January 1, 2019. FDA still sheepishly states, "it is illegal to have CBD in a food or supplement" (heard that myself at the CRN annual meeting). And yet, and yet, nothing has been done to stop them. But now, FDA's Gottlieb has stated on several occasions that he is looking for a regulatory pathway to approve CBD. So IMO, the clock on Nasdaq approval started on Jan 1, 2019. If Mona II was a factor, he's gone. If illegality of product line was a problem, that's gone. The financing law issue still isn't resolved, but people are working on it.

And just look around, eaves drop on conversations in a restaurant, folks are no longer talking about the Kardashians - they're talking about CBD.

And this stock has been rock steady at 4.50 for six months and with increasing earnings. You missed your chance to buy at 2. But not 4.5.

GLTY. Buying back will be a good idea for the future. Maybe not for the day traders (although some have made good coin on our apparent patterns), but for investors.
