What i see as much more likely is the recent retirement of Mona jr. was due to discussions with NASDAQ.

I believe NASDAQ will review the annual and make a determination within a couple months, possibly even until the Q1 report is issued on May 15.

My thoughts. Could be wrong, only time will tell
