I read your post about uplisting prerequisites, looked hard at the chart and money flow, reflected on major management changes in 2019, and I suspect it will be materially known with the upcoming yearly earning release that uplisting was denied for last year's application. Why else are the many management and public affairs changes occurring if there wasn't a really important reason.

Too much risk on too much profit here. I sold it all today and will look again when under $2 at the last correction and support in the larger uptrend. I don't short. I just don't like what I see.
