If complete buyout they are not involved they will sell the current project but still own the surrounding property, the East Graben which is bigger and better than the Pebble project. They won’t build the infrastructure or build mine, that is the point. Tom and Ron have said so themselves.

I don't think they will be the builder either. They are out of it as soon as they can get their price. However the MINE WILL BE BUILT.
