I have emailed him and asked about the claims that he had already promised the financials would be released last year.

I have talked to mister Grant several times over the last year and half.
He has never said anything of that nature he did say the financials were at the accountant but they didn’t have the funds to complete the audit. Everything he has told me has been up front and never made any empty promises.
I think you have issues with him maybe seek some counseling rather than continue to waste your time here. IMO
