I have to disagree with you.

Thirteen months ago I called Glenn Grant and asked him 'when were audited statements going to be filed?'. Glenn replied they would be filed in the 'next week or two'.

Now ACRL has abandoned any idea of audited statements, so that 'word' of Mr. Grant's was 'not kept'.

So Glenn Grant hasn't kept his word in this instance.
