That's quite a few straws. When is the SEC going to wake up that PJET's CEO is a straw college student posing half naked all over the internet. That is another straw that needs to go down, no pun intended.

nodummy, is it your understanding that MYRON GUSHLAK is currently a fugitive from the USDOJ and residing in Dubai, after staying in Canada living in a Ritz Carleton hotel while under the 2017 indictment.

AFAICT, GUSHLAK appeared to be residing in the Canadian Ritz-Carlton while the US was trying to extradite him from Canada (where he was nott under arrest or other form of detention) in very late 2017 and sometime thereafter he seems to now be in Dubai (which is a place which does not recognize asset freeze orders from the USA or Canada and is a very, very difficult extradition locale if the only crime is financial in nature).

Do you know the current location and status of MYRON GUSHLAK and the USA v. GUSHLAK criminal case (2017 case)?

GUSHLAK belongs in prison for life.
