Well, I hope not! But I bailed twice on this today today and lost on both in order not to lose all my money. I was in a BK reorganization case a few years ago and suddenly after the court hearing... assets were locked and the next day my account value for that stock was zero. It was a case much like this. With everything I see at this point I will not be buying in again. I could only say I hope I'm wrong so that people aren't losing out here... but I can't lie and say the commons are safe here. I don't believe they are.

I don’t think so, at least in the short term. It’ll trade on Tuesday regardless. It may go up or down. Now if you bought this as an “investment,” then, yes, probably fk’d. It’s very possible to make money here trading for the time being. Long term I’m not as optimistic.
